Nominate a Child

Do you know a child who could benefit from this program? 

The children chosen for Holiday With A Hero must be between the ages of 6 and 11, and are selected from recommendations based on need, recognition of specific academic or sports achievement, or because of volunteer efforts that are making a difference in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.

If you know a child in our community who would benefit from this program, please fill out the form below and tell us about them! Space is limited to 80 kids, so please submit your application by November 22, 2024.
